Who we are

What data we process and why
Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and your message, to answer your question. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or preparing a contract.
Calendar link: name, email address and anything you enter yourself, to schedule the appointment. Legal basis: preparing a contract.
Clients and contact persons: name, job title, business contact details and invoicing details, to carry out the assignment and invoice for it. Legal basis: the contract and our legal obligations.
Candidates: name, contact details, work experience, a summary of our conversation and your public LinkedIn profile, to approach you and put you forward. This data comes from you or from public sources such as LinkedIn. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in finding suitable candidates. We ask for your consent before sharing your data with a client.
On an interim assignment we work in the client's systems and on the client's instructions. The client is then responsible for that data, and the client's privacy statement applies.
Website visits: technical data and cookies, to secure the website, keep it working and, with your consent, measure visits. Legal basis: our legitimate interest and, for statistics, your consent.
You are not required to provide data, but without it we cannot deal with your question or assignment.
Who we share data with
We share data with:
Squarespace, for website hosting, forms and visitor statistics.
Google, for email and calendar.
Clients, only with the candidate's consent.
Our accountant and accounting software (Kees de Boekhouder), for invoicing details.
Squarespace and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate safeguards apply: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses from the European Commission. You can request a copy via Marlies@hirewire.nl.
How long we keep data
Contact requests without follow-up: 2 years.
CVs are deleted straight after use. Other candidate data is kept for up to 4 weeks after a procedure ends, or up to 1 year with your consent.
Records and invoices: 7 years, because of the tax retention obligation.
Cookies
The website places the following cookies. We only place the statistics cookies with your consent via the cookie banner.
crumb (Squarespace) secures the website and lasts until the end of your session.
ss_performanceCookiesAllowed and ss_marketingCookiesAllowed (Squarespace) remember your cookie choice and last 30 days.
ss_cvr (Squarespace) recognises returning visitors for statistics and lasts 2 years.
ss_cvt (Squarespace) measures your visit as a session for statistics and lasts 30 minutes.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. You may also object, have processing restricted, have your data transferred and withdraw consent you have given.
